When should I expect my order?

Delivery time is usually within 2-3 working days. All orders should be delivered in the expected delivery window as specified on the delivery option.

Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?

We can change the delivery address, but not the delivery postcode. Unfortunately, we cannot change the item selected or upgrade it after the order is placed.

Can I modify my billing information?

Yes, we can amend the billing details of an order after it has been delivered to the requested location. But for that, you will have to contact our customer support representative with the request and updated details via email.
Please note that it is only possible before shipment.

Which courier are you using?

We offer shipping through different couriers such as DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, etc. The courier Selection depends on various factors including customer’s delivery address, item cost and stock location in our warehouse.

Can I drop off the item at your Warehouse directly for the return?

Sorry, but we do not accept direct returns. You will have to contact our support team and follow the protocols as described in the return policy.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective product, contact us at [email protected] with the details. We may first offer a repair or replacement item. If we fail to correct the problem after taking this initial step, we may provide a refund. If the defect is minor, it is also allowed to consider a price reduction.

Who handles the warranty, and who should I contact, if I experience issues after delivery? / How long would the warranty be for, that comes with my product?

For brand-new items, the warranty is managed by the manufacturer, and their support team is your point of contact for any issues after delivery. The warranty is a 'Return to Base' policy if the product is refurbished. In either case, we encourage customers to reach out to us, and we will provide guidance and assistance as needed. 

What is your returns timeframe?

Once we receive your item back at our premises, it may take up to 5 working days to process the return. This could be a bit longer during the peak times. Please email us at [email protected] if you have questions pertaining to your return.
